Hydraulic oil press · 6YY series
A hydraulic press for nuts, seeds, cocoa and avocado. Pressure up to 60 MPa, up to 23 kg of raw material per cycle. The oil is ready for food use straight away. We deliver from China to Poland and the EU with all documents and customs clearance.

Full line
Besides the press we supply a drying cabinet, oil storage tanks, a weighing filling machine and spare parts from the same factory. Everything arrives in one shipment with documents for the EU.
The press drains oil through a tube into the storage tank; from the tank the filling machine fills bottles by weight.
Step 1 · Drying
Hot-air circulation cabinet for nuts, seeds, fruit, vegetables and herbs. Raw material dried to the right moisture gives more oil and a firmer cake.
Step 3 · Settling and storage
Stainless steel tanks on legs with a bottom valve. Oil from the press flows in through a tube, settles and goes on to bottling. Volume and number of tanks are chosen for your daily output.
Step 4 · Bottling
Fills oil into bottles and canisters by weight. The scale stops the pump at the set weight, at the end it slows down, so there is no overfilling. One operator is enough.
Spare parts and consumables
We order parts from the same factory as the equipment, so they fit exactly. Take a stock together with the machine or order later.
Also on request: hydraulic cylinder seals and chamber rings, heating element, pressure gauge, SUS304 trays and heaters for the dryer, hose and nozzle for the filling machine. Send us the model and we will prepare an offer.
